How your data is protected
- Row-level security — every table in ARIVA's database has rules so you only reach your own data and content shared with you.
- Encrypted connections — everything between your phone and ARIVA travels over HTTPS.
- Private media — photos, videos and voice notes are stored privately and shown through short-lived links.
- Server-side checks — payments, verification badges and admin actions are checked on ARIVA's server, never trusted from the screen.
What ARIVA stores
- Your profile details (name, username, photo, bio).
- Your posts, comments, messages and statuses.
- Your orders and Pi payment records.
- Contacts you choose to save (not your whole phone book).
- Basic usage logs to keep the service running.
What ARIVA does not store
- Your Pi passphrase — ARIVA never asks for it.
- Your bank PIN or card numbers.
- Your full phone contact list.
Pi security
Pi payments are approved and completed only by ARIVA's server using the official Pi SDK. Never share your Pi passphrase with anyone, including people claiming to be ARIVA staff.
Protecting your account
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Don't share sign-in codes.
- Sign out on shared phones.
- Be careful of links promising free Pi or money.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor sign-in (a second code when you log in) is Planned. Signing in with Google or Microsoft lets you use their two-step protection today.
Reporting abuse
Use Report on posts, profiles, jobs and products. Reports go to ARIVA moderators. For child-safety concerns, reports are treated as urgent.
Privacy settings
- Choose the audience for each post.
- Choose which actions and sections show on your profile.
- Restrict, block or mute people.
- Download your data or delete your account from your profile settings.
