ARIVA WHITEPAPER

1. Executive Summary

ARIVA is an Africa-focused all-in-one digital platform combining real-time messaging, internet voice and video calling, business discovery, a marketplace, temporary status updates, live television and radio streaming, and AI-assisted creation and productivity tools.

2. Problem

Africa has fragmented apps: one for chat, one for market, one for business flyers, one for AI. Data is expensive, phones are low-end, layman users are confused. No Pi utility.

3. Solution - ARIVA Ecosystem

  • CONNECT: Instant messaging, voice/video calls via internet (LiveKit), groups, contacts with adjustable profile photos
  • DISCOVER: Social feed, followers, subscribers, likes, Pi tipping
  • MARKET: Buy and sell with an AI-assisted flyer maker, Pi payments and planned escrow protection
  • STATUS: Temporary photo, video, voice and text updates with AI-assisted captions
  • TV & RADIO: Live internet television and local-language radio, favourites, background mini player and Simple Mode for elders
  • ARIVA AI: AI-assisted chat, image, video, audio, transcription, writing and app-planning tools
  • SIS: ARIVA Intelligence System for verification and trust
  • PROFILE: Fully customizable - user can add/subtract action buttons and sections

4. Technology

ARIVA uses modern web-app technology, secure cloud services, real-time communications infrastructure and properly authorised third-party APIs. Availability varies by feature, device, network and service provider.

5. Business Model

Freemium + Market commission (5%) + AI credits + Adverts + Pi payments + Business verification badge.

6. Pi Network Integration

Pi as native payment in Market, tipping in Discover, subscription, AI credits. Utility for Pi.

7. Token / Credits

ARIVA Credits for AI usage. 1 credit = 1 action. Free 50 monthly.

8. TV & Radio

ARIVA includes an audio-visual media section that streams live television and radio over the internet, alongside ARIVA's own language channels.

8.1 Live TV (LIVE)

  • Live news channels currently available in ARIVA: Channels Television, Al Jazeera (English and Arabic) and Deutsche Welle (DW) News.
  • Channels are streamed from each broadcaster's official internet feed. Availability depends on the broadcaster's service and the viewer's network.
  • Where a stream provides multiple qualities, the viewer can choose one.
  • Premium sports and entertainment channels appear in ARIVA only as locked placeholders marked "coming soon". ARIVA does not carry, resell or claim rights to them and has no agreement with them. See Section 12 on third-party names.

8.2 Radio (LIVE)

  • Live radio stations are listed from a public radio directory and played over the internet.
  • The list can be filtered and searched by language, including Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Pidgin, Tiv, Fulfulde, English and world stations.
  • When no station is available for a chosen language, ARIVA says so instead of showing placeholder content.

8.3 ARIVA channels (IN DEVELOPMENT)

  • ARIVA's own language channels are listed as "Off air - waiting for a presenter". They are not broadcasting yet. Each goes live only when a presenter is actually scheduled.

8.4 Player features (LIVE)

  • Favourites: viewers can star channels and stations; favourites are saved on the device, not on ARIVA's servers.
  • Mini player: a radio station keeps playing in a small bar while the viewer moves around ARIVA, and can be paused or closed from there.
  • Simple Mode for elders: large language buttons, one large play button and volume control.

8.5 Planned for TV & Radio (PLANNED)

  • Original presenter broadcasting on ARIVA's own channels.
  • Programme replays, live chat on channels, programme guides and translated trending news.

Planned items are shown on the public Roadmap with their true status.

9. Tokenization

ARIVA has not issued any cryptocurrency, coin or token. There is no ARIVA token sale, pre-sale or airdrop, and any offer claiming otherwise is not from ARIVA. Section 9.4 sets out a proposed token design only; nothing in it is live.

9.1 Current model (LIVE)

  • Pi as the settlement asset: payments in Market, tips in Discover and subscriptions are settled in Pi through the official Pi SDK. ARIVA never holds user wallet keys.
  • ARIVA Credits: off-chain utility units used only to pay for in-app actions such as AI requests. Credits have no cash value, cannot be traded or withdrawn, and are not a financial product.

9.2 Tokenized value inside ARIVA (PLANNED)

  • Market escrow: Pi payments held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery.
  • Digital goods and licences: proof of purchase for digital products, courses and event tickets, recorded against the buyer's account.
  • Merchant loyalty: store-issued reward points redeemable only inside that store.

9.3 Principles

  • Utility first: every unit must pay for a real product or service in ARIVA.
  • No speculation: ARIVA will not promote price growth or investment returns.
  • Compliance: any future tokenized feature launches only after legal review in each market it serves.
  • Transparency: status of each item is shown on the public Roadmap as PLANNED, IN DEVELOPMENT or LIVE.

9.4 ARIVA Tokenomics & Utility Framework v1.0 (PROPOSED)

PROPOSED — NOT YET LIVE. This framework is a design proposal. Supply, contract, launch mechanism and Pi Mainnet requirements are not final and may change after legal and technical review. It is not an offer to sell anything.

Vesting and controls

  • Core Team (8%): 1-year cliff, then 36–48 months gradual vesting; no unrestricted early transfers.
  • Directors / Advisors (2%): written allocation records, vesting and lock-up.
  • Investors (2%): tokens are not sold merely to raise funds; if there are no investors, this stays unallocated.
  • Liquidity (15%): not automatically deposited anywhere; used only through Pi's DEX, AMM and Launchpad mechanisms as they become available on Mainnet.
  • Treasury (10%): spending through a multisignature treasury wallet with auditable transactions.

Proposed utility

  • Market: buyer and seller rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions and selected fees.
  • Connect: community and event participation rewards. Ordinary messages and calls will not require the token.
  • Creators: rewards, campaigns, premium content and fan incentives.
  • ARIVA AI: possible support for selected AI services. ARIVA Credits stay separate: ARIVA Token is not an ARIVA AI Credit.
  • Services and Events: provider incentives, loyalty and event access.
  • Governance: mechanisms may be introduced for selected ecosystem decisions where technically, legally and operationally appropriate. No promise of "1 token = 1 vote on everything".

Pi and the ARIVA Token are separate

12. Intellectual Property, Independence & Content Policy

ARIVA is an independent platform. Descriptions of ARIVA features use neutral functional language and do not claim that ARIVA is another company's product or that another company sponsors, endorses or owns ARIVA.

12.1 Third-party names and services

  • Third-party names, logos, products and services remain the property of their respective owners.
  • A third-party name may be used only when factually necessary to identify a supported integration, sharing destination or service provider.
  • Such references do not imply affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless ARIVA has a current written agreement that expressly says so.
  • ARIVA branding, interface copy and marketing must not copy another platform's logos, protected artwork, distinctive wording or misleading trade dress.

12.2 Content used in ARIVA now and later

  • ARIVA will publish only content that it created, licensed, obtained with permission, or may lawfully use under an applicable legal exception.
  • Users and editors must upload only material they own or are authorised to use, including text, images, audio, video, software, fonts and brand assets.
  • Third-party streams (television and radio) are played from their official public feeds; ARIVA does not copy, store, re-host or monetise their content.
  • AI-assisted output must be reviewed before publication for copied material, false affiliation, privacy violations and prohibited content.
  • Future products and editor tools must apply the same copyright, trademark, privacy and content-safety rules before public release.
  • ARIVA will provide a process for rights holders to report alleged infringement and will review, restrict or remove disputed material where appropriate.

12.3 No transfer of third-party rights

This whitepaper describes ARIVA's product direction; it does not grant ARIVA or its users ownership of third-party intellectual property. Access to an integration is subject to that provider's current terms, licences and technical availability.

This policy reduces avoidable intellectual-property risk but is not a guarantee of compliance in every country. Material launches, partnership claims and new uses of protected content should receive qualified legal review in the relevant markets.

13. Data Analytics Report

This section is a factual snapshot of ARIVA activity, not a forecast, valuation or claim of future performance. Figures can change as people use the platform, records are moderated, and measurement improves.

13.1 Platform activity snapshot

Measured at 26 September 2026 (UTC), from ARIVA operational records:

These are cumulative records available to ARIVA at the measurement time. They do not represent audited financial results, unique monthly users or guaranteed completed transactions. A zero means no qualifying record existed in the measured dataset; it does not imply that a planned capability is live.

13.2 Website usage snapshot

Measured for 26 September 2026 (UTC), the only day with recorded traffic in the available 30-day analytics window:

The largest recorded visitor country was Nigeria, with 76 visitors. Other recorded countries included Indonesia, the United States, China, South Korea, Morocco and Taiwan. Traffic-source and country measurements may be incomplete because of consent settings, privacy controls, network routing and analytics availability.

13.3 Data protection and reporting principles

  • ARIVA reports aggregated product and usage measurements rather than exposing private messages, call content or personal account data.
  • Analytics must be collected and used for a clear operational, safety or product-improvement purpose.
  • Access to non-public analytics is limited to authorised personnel and must follow applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
  • Published reports must state their measurement date, source and limitations.
  • ARIVA will correct a published figure when reliable records show that it was inaccurate.
  • Future trend reports require sufficient historical data and will not be presented as established evidence until that data exists.
