Finding work
Open Jobs to see open roles. Each card shows the company logo and name, verification badges, job title, type (full-time, part-time, contract, remote), address with a Google Maps link, salary in Naira (or "Negotiable"), when it was posted and how many people viewed it.
Filters help you narrow down: All, Verified address only, Near me (within 50 km), Lagos, Abuja and Remote.
Applying
Tap Apply Now, write a short note about yourself and attach a CV if you have one. Your ARIVA profile is sent with the application. You can also Chat on ARIVA or make an internet call to the company before applying.
Track your applications from the Jobs page to see if they've been viewed or answered.
Posting a job
Companies must verify before posting:
- Upload a logo.
- Enter the registered company name and year founded.
- Add a phone number.
- Pick a real Google Maps address and place the pin within 2 km of it.
Then fill in the job: title, category, type, location, salary, experience level, duties, requirements and deadline.
A CAC certificate can be uploaded for an admin to review. Phone verification by SMS code is built and will switch on once ARIVA's SMS provider is connected; until then phones show as "not verified".
Staying safe
- Real employers never ask you to pay to get a job.
- Meet in public places for interviews.
- Report suspicious jobs with the Report button.
