Who Business is for
Business tools are for anyone who sells — a market trader in Balogun, a caterer in Enugu, a solar installer in Kano or a software agency in Abuja.
Switching to business
You don't need a separate account. From Menu → Business, create your store with a name, logo, description and contact details. Your personal profile stays the same; the store is linked to it.
Your catalogue
Add products and services with photos, video, prices, stock and categories. Edit or hide items at any time. Each item gets its own shareable page.
Orders
The seller dashboard lists incoming orders with their status: pending, processing, paid, shipped and delivered. For escrow orders you mark shipped, add a tracking code or proof photo, and wait for the buyer to confirm.
Talking to customers
Every order links to a Connect chat, so questions about delivery or changes happen in one place. ARIVA AI can draft polite customer replies for you.
Analytics
Basic numbers such as views and orders appear where ARIVA has real data. Full business analytics with charts is Planned. ARIVA will never show invented sales figures.
Ads
Paid promotion is Planned and not available today. No one on ARIVA can currently pay to push posts above others.
Business verification
Companies that want to post jobs must verify: logo, registered name, year founded, phone number and a Google Maps address with a pin. A CAC certificate can be uploaded for admin review. Verification badges are only set by ARIVA's server or admins — never by the business itself.
Team members
Adding staff accounts to manage one store is Planned. For now, the store owner manages it from their own account.
Tips for Nigerian sellers
- Use bright, clear photos taken in daylight.
- Put your delivery areas in the description (e.g. "Lagos Mainland and Island").
- Reply fast — buyers often choose the seller who answers first.
- Keep stock numbers accurate so buyers don't pay for items you don't have.
