What points are
ARIVA points reflect real things you do on the platform. They are a measure of activity and reputation — not money, and kept separate from Pi.
What counts today
- Post — 10 points each.
- Comment — 3 points each.
Coming soon
These appear on the Rewards page with a Coming soon label because ARIVA doesn't record them yet:
- Radio listening — 1 point.
- Voice notes — 2 points.
- Video call minutes — 1.5 points per minute.
- Friends who join — 100 points.
- Translation help — 20 points per approved help (including Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo and Pidgin).
From points to a Pi estimate
Dollars = Points × dollar per point (default $0.01)
Pi (est) = Dollars ÷ 314,159 (GCV)
Example: 155 points = $1.55 at $0.01 per point = 0.00000493 π estimate.
Estimate only. Not Pi you own, no payout promised, no cash-out. GCV is not an official Pi Network price. ARIVA works without Pi.
How points are calculated
Your points are worked out from your own posts and comments whenever you open the Rewards page. There is no hidden midnight calculation today; a scheduled daily calculation is Planned alongside a points ledger.
Planned features
These are Planned and not built yet:
- Levels (Explorer, Contributor, Leader, Ambassador) with a progress bar.
- Referral links that count friends who join.
- An Ambassador dashboard and daily report.
- A community rewards pool.
- A leaderboard.
ARIVA won't show a leaderboard or pool until real, fair numbers exist for every member.
Admin settings
ARIVA admins can change the dollar per point value. The GCV rate itself is locked at $314,159. Changes update everyone's estimate straight away.
Fair play
Spam posts or fake comments to farm points break the Community Guidelines. Points may be removed and accounts restricted.
