Learning on ARIVA
Courses let instructors publish lessons using video, documents and articles. Learners follow a curriculum step by step and see their progress.
What you can learn
Skills that help people earn and grow — for example phone repair, tailoring, digital marketing, bookkeeping, coding basics, solar installation, farming techniques and spoken English. What is available depends on what instructors publish.
The AI Tutor
Inside ARIVA AI, the Tutor gives short lessons and quizzes in Maths, English, Business and Tech, in simple language. It's good for revision before exams like WAEC and JAMB, or for learning something new at your own pace.
Taking a course
- Open Courses from the Menu.
- Pick a course and read what it covers.
- Go through lessons in order; your progress is saved to your account.
Saving data
Video lessons use data. Where possible, watch on Wi-Fi, or choose document and article lessons which use much less.
Teaching a course
If you have a skill to share, you can publish lessons. Keep them short, practical and clearly explained. Use your language if your learners understand it better.
Certificates
Completion certificates are Planned. ARIVA will not issue certificates until there is a fair way to check that a learner actually completed the work.
Points for learning
Completing courses does not earn Rewards points yet. It may be added in future and will be announced here.
