Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ARIVA, operated by Innovative Builders. By creating an account or using ARIVA you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use ARIVA.

• You must be at least 13, and at least the age of digital consent in your country.
• One ARIVA identity may hold several verified sign-in providers: Pi, Google, Microsoft, phone or email. Pi is optional and never required to use ARIVA.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access secure.
• Never share your password, one-time codes, or any Pi passphrase with anyone.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant ARIVA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty- free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or where others have already shared it.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to everything you upload.

You may not use ARIVA to break the law, harass others, defraud members, distribute malware, scrape data at scale, circumvent moderation, or run automated accounts without permission. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms and list prohibited behaviour in detail.

• ARIVA Market connects buyers and sellers; contracts are formed between them.
• Sellers must describe items accurately, hold the right to sell, and honour delivery.
• Prohibited goods and services may be removed and the seller's standing revoked.
• Disputes are handled through ARIVA support with evidence from both parties.

• Pi authentication and Pi payments are optional features of ARIVA.
• Pi transactions are processed by the Pi Network platform and are subject to its own terms and network conditions. ARIVA verifies payments server-side but does not control the Pi blockchain.
• ARIVA never asks for a Pi wallet passphrase and no ARIVA employee will ever request one.
• Pi and any in-app pricing shown in Pi are not investment advice and carry no guarantee of value.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where required by law. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account data.

ARIVA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovative Builders is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
