What ARIVA expects
ARIVA is a global social, business, creator and marketplace ecosystem. Everything you post, sell, stream or send must be lawful where you are and where your audience is. Treat other members with respect, represent yourself honestly, and only list goods and services you can actually deliver.
Not allowed on ARIVA
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or targeting people by protected traits.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that endangers a child. Zero tolerance.
- Scams, fraud, phishing, fake giveaways, pyramid or investment schemes.
- Requests for Pi wallet passphrases, seed phrases, one-time codes or account passwords.
- Impersonating a person, brand, government body or ARIVA staff.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, engagement farming and bot networks.
- Selling prohibited goods: weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, stolen data, live animals.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- Graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or terrorist and violent extremist content.
Reporting, blocking and muting
Every post, listing, message, profile and community on ARIVA carries a Safety control. From it you can report content with a reason, and block, mute or restrict the member who posted it. Blocking removes them from your feed, messages and calls; muting hides their content without notifying them; restricting limits their interactions with you.
Reports are queued for human review and are visible to you in Profile → Safety with their current status. Urgent child-safety and credible-threat reports are escalated ahead of the normal queue.
How we enforce
- Automated detection screens for spam, scam patterns and known abusive material.
- Human moderators review reports and automated flags in context.
- Enforcement ladder: warning, content removal, feature limits, reduced distribution, temporary suspension, permanent account termination.
- Marketplace violations may also void listings, orders and seller standing.
Appeals
If your content or account is actioned you will be told which guideline was applied and how to appeal. Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision. Contact appeals@ariva.app with your account identifier and the reference in the notice.
Copyright and intellectual property
Rights holders can report infringing content to ip@ariva.app with proof of ownership, the location of the material and a good-faith statement. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
