Privacy Policy

ARIVA is a global social, business, creator and marketplace ecosystem operated by Innovative Builders. This policy explains what personal data ARIVA collects across the web app and Android application, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have.

• Account and identity: user ID, display name, email address, phone number, and the sign-in providers you link (Pi, Google, Microsoft, phone, email).
• Profile content: avatar, bio, links, communities and follow graph.
• Content you create: posts, comments, photos, videos, stories, voice notes, messages, calls metadata, and marketplace listings.
• Marketplace and payments: orders, transaction records, Pi payment identifiers and transaction IDs. ARIVA never receives or stores your Pi wallet passphrase or private keys.
• Pi identity (optional): Pi UID and Pi username, only if you choose to sign in with or connect Pi.
• Device and technical: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate region, user agent and sign-in events.
• App activity: features used, search terms inside ARIVA, and interaction history used to rank feeds and recommendations.
• AI interactions: prompts and outputs you submit to ARIVA AI features.
• Safety data: reports you file, blocks and mutes, and moderation outcomes.

We collect precise location only if you explicitly enable a feature that needs it, and we do not request SMS or call-log permissions.

• To create and secure your account and authenticate each sign-in.
• To deliver core features: feed, messaging, calls, communities, marketplace, AI.
• To process marketplace orders and verify Pi payments server-side.
• To detect spam, fraud, scams and abuse, and to enforce our Community Guidelines.
• To provide customer support and respond to legal obligations.
• To measure product performance with aggregated analytics.

We share data with infrastructure providers that host our database, authentication, storage and AI processing under contract; with the Pi Network platform when you use Pi authentication or Pi payments (limited to what those operations require); with other members according to your privacy settings; and with authorities where legally required. ARIVA does not sell your personal data.

We keep account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed from live systems promptly, with limited retention only where required for fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

• Export: download a machine-readable copy of your ARIVA data from Profile → Account data.
• Delete: permanently delete your ARIVA account from Profile → Account data.
• Privacy settings: control who can message you, see your posts and find you.
• Unlink providers: Pi is optional and can be connected or left disconnected at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

ARIVA is not directed to children. Accounts require you to be at least the age of digital consent in your country, and never under 13. We remove accounts we learn belong to under-age users.
